After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice at your email address that includes proof of insurance and a DBS check.
For bookings under £100, payment in full is required either on the day of the booking or the day before.
For bookings over £100 (such as pet sitting or long drop-ins), a 50% deposit is required on the first day of the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid on the last day of the booking.
I accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, or cash.

1-2-1/Same Household Walks: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled walk will not receive a refund.
Daycare & Short Drop-ins: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
Boarding, Long Drop-ins, & Overnight Sitting: For bookings lasting more than 24 hours, a cancellation notice of 72 hours is required.
